We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager (M/F) who will be responsible for the overall management of a two-year EU-funded project (Creative Europe CREA-CROSS-2021-INNOVLAB).

Responsibilities:

– overall management of a new project;

– carrying out project activities;

– central coordination of communications between project partners;

– monitoring and updating the project plan and budget;

– responsibility for narrative and financial reporting.

 

Knowledge:

– professional experience in managing cultural projects;

– experience and skills needed to manage EU-funded projects;

– excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail;

– autonomous in planning and carrying out tasks;

– Able to prioritise and multi-task;

– speak fluent Slovenian and English and have good oral and written communication skills.

 

Work environment:

– hybrid (in the Ljubljana office and remotely).

Period of cooperation:

– from May 2022 to April 2024.
